Dr. Sajal Kamat
MBBS, MD (Internal Medicine), DM Endocrinology
Dr. Sajal Kamat is a Consultant Endocrinologist. She earned her MBBS from SDM Medical College, Dharwad, Karnataka, followed by MD (Internal Medicine) from JNMC, Belgaum, Karnataka. Dr. Kamat furthered her expertise by completing DM Endocrinology from NRS Medical College, Kolkata.
In addition to her academic achievements, Dr. Kamat has made significant contributions to the field through her publications and awards. She has authored publications in National Journals and contributed chapters to books. Notable works include “NAFLD in a diabetic patient
– Update on type and Type 2 DM -2019” and “Iatrogenic Cushing Syndrome
– India point of care 2021”. Dr. Kamat has been recognized for her research, winning the first prize for a free paper in IDEACON 2019 and emerging as the winner of an Interstate debate in ERP 2019.
She has also presented multiple posters and case studies at national conferences and workshops, further establishing her expertise and dedication in the field of Endocrinology.
